Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

What's covered: Your full purchase price will be refunded once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

A few things to keep in mind: Because shipping and tariff/import fees are paid out at the time of your order and can't be recovered, these charges aren't included in the refund. We want to be upfront about this so there are no surprises.

Getting your return started: Simply reach out to us to let us know you'd like to return your item. To keep the process smooth, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility — we recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return arrives safely.

Condition requirements: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
